Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The items are in their original, resalable condition
  • No signs of wear or washing are present
  • All original tags are attached
  • The receipt is included in the return package

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal (safe tape) and brand tags remain intact.

Return Shipping Requirements
 All returns must be sent using a trackable and insured courier service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

Returns Within Greece

We offer free returns within Greece via ELTA Courier or ACS Courier.

Steps:

  1. Return your parcel using one of our partnered courier services.
  2. Include:
    • The receipt
    • The completed return form, indicating whether you prefer a credit voucher or exchange
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your request accordingly.

Tip: You may contact us in advance to confirm product availability for exchanges.

Exchanges:

  • To request an exchange, select this option on the return form and place a new order.
  • The new order will be shipped under our standard delivery terms.
  • A €5 exchange fee will be applied to the new order.

International Returns (including Cyprus)

For international orders:

  1. Send the items back using a trackable and secure courier service of your choice (return costs are the customer’s responsibility).
  2. Include the receipt and completed return form in your package.
  3. Email us at info@marevaiboutique.com with:
    • Your name
    • Tracking number
    • Courier service used

Important Information

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Items discounted up to 50% can be exchanged only with other sale items.
  • Items discounted more than 50% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
